During last years, usage of Electronic Ticket (E- ticket) in public transportation system has been deserved great attention in Iran. Thus, many researchers throughout the world are doing their utmost so as to conduct related research on this topic, and Iran is no exception. TPTRI started to carry out a research on this topic in which technical aspects are evaluated. Also, behavioral aspects and people`s points of view were taken into account to understand the effects of E-ticket on fare payment system and social dynamic.
